For the first time in the banking system of the country, Bank Keshavarzi has set up a center known as “Green Call Center”, inaugurated on the 70th anniversary of Bank Keshavarzi Establishment, aimed at creating value for customers and attracting their satisfaction through provision of consultancy services and appropriate submission of information.
The Experts at the call center can be contacted at +98 21 88287070, 24/7 so as to answer all our esteemed customers’ questions about the bank and its services.
The most significant activities of the center are as follows:

  • Providing customers with required instructions and directions.
  • Receiving and sorting out the customers' complaints, criticisms, suggestions, and recommendations and conveying them to relevant authorities and officials.
  • Meeting the customers' needs and requests.
  • Informing customers of the bank services.

Moreover, any information needed by customers and our colleagues including that of more than 120 types of banking services related to legal issues, regulations, effective circulars, branch information, events, the bank news, etc. have all been collected and organized in information branches of the center and are presented to our respected customers just at one telephone call. It is noteworthy that the senior experts from different bank departments frequently attend the center for quick and up-to-date responses.

Direct Contact between Customers and Officials in Charge:
In order to establish a direct contact between customers and officials in charge, every one of the officials or the bank managers attends "based on a time table" the call center from 12 to 13 pm every day to answer customers' and our colleagues' questions.
